Email: You can also track your passport application status by logging into your email account and checking for an email from the Nigerian Immigration Service. The email will contain your application number and reference number, as well as the status of your application.
Here are the steps on how to track your Nigeria passport application status online:
Go to the Nigerian Immigration Service website.
Click on the “Passport” tab.
Click on the “Track Application Status” link.
Enter your application number and reference number.
Click on the “Track Status” button.
You will then be able to see the status of your passport application. The status may be one of the following:
Pending: Your application is still being processed.
Approved: Your application has been approved and your passport is being printed.
Issued: Your passport has been issued and you can collect it from the passport office.
Rejected: Your application has been rejected. You will need to contact the Nigerian Immigration Service to find out why your application was rejected.
